Home Remedies For Sore Throat

Add lemon juice (from one lemon) some honey, to a glass of hot water. You'll feel a lot better instantly. I actually like to do this, but I will put the lemon and honey in a chamomile tea.

Take 1 whole onion and boil it with some water. Thereafter, mash it and add some butter, salt and pepper to it. Now eat this mixture.

The leaves of henna are useful as a sore throat cure. A decoction of the leaves can be used as a gargle for this purpose.

Soak 8-10 almonds. Peel and grind with 8-10 pepper corns. Mix in 1 cup of water. Sieve and drink adding either salt or sugar to taste.

Take 1-2 cloves of garlic and 2-3 cloves and make a paste. Mix with 1 cup of honey. Drink 1 tsp about 3 times in a day.

Once you get rid of the sore throat, get rid of your toothbrush, it may give you the sore throat again, and you don't want to get it back, so time to go to the drugstore and get a new one.
