Home Remedies For Obesity

Obesity is a very common problem nowadays which can be usually defined as the generalized accumulation of body fat. Obesity occurs when a person has too much body fat. Obesity is associated with increased risk of illness, disability, and death. Obesity is not the same as being overweight; a person is considered obese when they weigh 20% or more of the maximum desirable weight for their height. Obesity in wild animals is relatively rare, but it is common in domestic animals like pigs and household pets who may be overfed and underexercised. In humans it is considered a major challenge to health. A person has traditionally been considered to be obese if they are more than 20 % over their ideal weight. That ideal weight must take into account the person's height, age, sex, and build.
