Home Remedies For Morning Sickness


Morning Sickness is a common women problem in which nausea or vomiting sensation occurs during early pregnancy which is a a characteristic symptom in the early months of pregnancy. It is also sometimes experienced by women who take birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy. It is not confined to the morning: nausea can occur at any time of the day, though it most commonly occurs soon after waking. Unless vomiting becomes so severe, which leads to dehydration and weight loss, there is nothing to get panic about it. Suggestions for easing nausea include eating small, frequent meals, eating a high protein snack before bed, eating saltine crackers or fruit bars before getting out of bed, avoiding unpleasant odors, eating slowly, decreasing fat in diet, avoiding liquids thirty minutes before and after meals, taking prenatal vitamins at night, and adding vitamin B6, peppermint tea, etc.

Home Remedies For Morning Sickness

Take about 15-20 fresh curry leaves and extract the juice. Add 2 tsp of fresh limejuice and 1 tsp of honey to it. Drink this mixture 3-4 times in a day.

Mix 1/2 tsp ginger juice , 1 tsp fresh lime juice, 1 tsp mint juice and 1 tsp honey to be taken 3-4 times a day.

Mix 1 tsp of mint juice, 1 tsp of limejuice and 1 tsp of honey and drink it thrice a day.

1 tsp of mint juice, 1 tsp of lime juice with 1 tsp of honey. 3 times a day.
